Eric holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and has advanced clinical training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from the Beck Institute. His professional experience includes serving as a K–12 school administrator in Title I districts, where he led initiatives supporting academic achievement, emotional wellness, and equity in under-resourced communities.
In addition to his clinical and speaking work, Eric leads a consulting practice specializing in mental health strategy, marketing, staffing, and grant development, supporting mission-driven organizations across education, nonprofit, and community sectors. He is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
